Careers · Core team

Build the machine. Run it on real revenue.

zRev is a small core team wiring AI into the revenue stacks of B2B software companies. Every seat here works inside live client systems, with a research assistant that never sleeps and a founder who reads the numbers with you. If you want to become the person who can design a revenue machine, not just operate one, this is the fastest room we know.

Why people excel here

01

Real systems, not slides

You work inside clients' HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay and the sequences we build, on live pipeline. Nothing you make here sits in a deck waiting for someone else to implement it.

02

AI as your research assistant from day one

Account briefs, first drafts, forecasts: the model does the reading. Your job is the judgment. Who deserves a message, what the number really says, what to fix first.

03

Your notes become the playbook

What you learn on one client becomes the next version of the system for all of them. Leverage compounds, and it compounds with your name on it.

04

Range across the whole stack

Enrichment, scoring, outbound, routing, CRM hygiene, forecasting, due diligence. Most RevOps careers see one slice of this. Here you see all of it, on several companies at once.

05

Written, remote, direct

Decisions are written down. No manager in the room, a founder one message away, and working hours where the clients are. You are trusted to keep moving.

06

Paid on outcomes

Fixed plus a variable tied to the outcome your role owns: meetings held, pipeline moved, systems shipped. The same clock we hold ourselves to with clients.

What excelling looks like

First 60 days

Run the systems

  • Work two client motions inside the stack we built
  • Book your first qualified meetings
  • Write your first playbook note that changes how the team works
Year one

Own a channel

  • Run a channel across clients with your own numbers
  • Design a sequence the whole team then uses
  • Pair on an AI build: scoring, routing or forecasting
After that

Design the machine

  • Lead a client motion end to end
  • Design outbound systems for new clients
  • Move into RevOps or AI implementation work

Titles follow the work. The people who excel here leave able to build what most teams can only buy.

The first BDR at a firm that builds outbound for a living. Several enterprise client motions at once, LinkedIn as the channel, HubSpot as the desk, AI doing the research.

The first BDR at a firm that builds outbound for a living. Our clients are mostly US-based enterprise and growth-stage software teams, and the outbound systems we build for them are the same ones you will run. You will work across several client motions at once, with AI doing the research and you doing the judgment. It is a demanding role. It is also the fastest way we know to become the person who can design outbound, not just execute it.

What you will do

  • Signal-triggered outbound across multiple client accounts: a new VP of Sales in seat, a third SDR job post, a CRM switch, a funding round with a hiring plan attached. The signal is the reason to write. No signal, no message.
  • Own LinkedIn as a channel: Sales Navigator lists, connection strategy, message sequences, InMail, comment-led warm-ups, and the follow-through that turns a reply into a booked call.
  • Work inside HubSpot every day: sequences, workflows, lead status hygiene, meeting handoffs, and the reporting that shows what is working.
  • Use AI research the way we build it for clients: model-generated account briefs, one true observation per message, no template blasts.
  • Book qualified meetings for client account executives and for zRev's own pipeline, and hand them over with context the AE can act on.
  • Feed what you learn back: which triggers convert, which messages get replies, which segments are dead. Your notes become the next version of the playbook.

What we need

  • 3 to 5 years in outbound B2B sales development, with at least two selling into US enterprise or upper mid-market software buyers.
  • Demonstrable LinkedIn outreach expertise: reply rates, meeting rates, and the sequences behind them, not just activity counts.
  • Solid HubSpot experience: sequences, workflows, properties, reporting. Salesforce familiarity is a plus.
  • Clear written English. Most of your work is a short message to a busy person; it has to land in one read.
  • Comfort with AI tooling and the discipline to edit what it produces. Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo or similar are a plus.
  • US East Coast overlap, roughly 6 pm to 11 pm IST, with flexibility on the rest of the day.
  • Remote-first habits: you write things down, you ask early, you keep moving without a manager in the room.

Nice to have

  • A number carried in a consultancy, agency or fractional GTM setup with more than one client at a time.
  • Exposure to intent data, technographic signals or job-post monitoring.
  • A sequence you built or tuned that a whole team then used.

Compensation

Fixed salary plus a performance-linked variable tied to qualified meetings held, paid monthly. Figures shared in the first conversation.

How to apply

Skip the cover letter. Send two things to hello@zrev.ai with the subject "BDR":

  1. Your LinkedIn profile and a two-line summary of your best outbound result: channel, segment, reply rate, meetings.
  2. One LinkedIn message you would send to a VP of Sales at a Series B software company that posted a job for its third SDR last week. Under 80 words.

We reply to every application that includes both. Applications through job boards are read, but the two items above are what move you forward.

RevOps Analyst, GTM Systems (HubSpot)

Remote · India US East Coast overlap Full-time 3 to 6 years Core team

The delivery seat. You keep the machine honest across several client HubSpot instances: routing, hygiene, reporting, forecasting, and the handover that lets a client's team run it without us.

The person who lets a firm take its third and fourth engagement without the founder being the only pair of hands inside every CRM. You own the HubSpot side of client engagements: how a lead moves, what a record looks like, what a dashboard says and whether it is true. The BDR runs the machine. You are the one who keeps it running, and who makes the AI pieces land in the right fields.

What you will do

  • Own HubSpot across client engagements: properties, pipelines, lifecycle and lead status models, routing and assignment rules, workflows, and the sequence setup the reps work in.
  • Data hygiene as a system: dedupe, field standards, enrichment mapping from Clay, ZoomInfo or Apollo into the right properties, and the weekly checks that keep scoring honest.
  • Reporting and forecasting: dashboards for pipeline, velocity, CAC and rep activity; a forecast the CEO can defend; the reconciliation between what HubSpot says and what finance sees.
  • Wire the AI pieces in: scoring outputs, routing decisions and enrichment feeds land in the right fields and fire the right workflows, every time.
  • Run the 60-day build alongside the founder: baseline, diagnose, deploy, and the handover documentation a client's team can run without us.
  • Write it down: playbooks, change logs, recorded walkthroughs. Your documentation is the product the client keeps.

What we need

  • 3 to 6 years in revenue operations, sales operations or marketing operations with HubSpot as the primary system: Sales Hub and Marketing Hub for certain, Operations Hub a plus.
  • Systems you built, not just used: routing and assignment, lifecycle and lead status models, workflows, custom objects, reporting dashboards. You can walk us through one you designed and what it changed.
  • Data literacy: you can reason about a funnel, spot a conversion rate that cannot be right, and reconcile two sources. Spreadsheets fluently; basic SQL is a plus.
  • Clear written English. Documentation and handover are half the job.
  • Comfort with AI tooling and integrations: enrichment feeds, scoring outputs, webhooks, Zapier or Make.
  • US East Coast overlap, roughly 6 pm to 11 pm IST, with flexibility on the rest of the day.
  • Remote-first habits: you write things down, you ask early, you keep moving without a manager in the room.

Nice to have

  • HubSpot certifications: Sales Hub Implementation, Revenue Operations, Marketing Hub.
  • Consultancy or agency experience with more than one client instance at a time.
  • Forecasting work done with a finance team, or a Salesforce background you would rather not go back to.

Compensation

Fixed salary plus a performance-linked variable tied to engagement outcomes: systems live by day 60 and client sign-off at handover. Figures shared in the first conversation.

How to apply

Skip the cover letter. Send two things to hello@zrev.ai with the subject "RevOps":

  1. Your LinkedIn profile and a two-line summary of a HubSpot system you built and what it changed: the metric before, the metric after.
  2. One work sample, under 150 words: how you would set up lead routing in HubSpot for a company with two account executives, one SDR, inbound demo requests and outbound replies, and what would break first.

We reply to every application that includes both.

How we hire

Step 1

The work sample

The two items above. We read the message before the profile, because the message is the job.

Step 2

A 30-minute conversation

With the founder. Your numbers, our systems, what a week looks like, what you want to be able to build in two years.

Step 3

A paid working session

Two hours on a real, anonymized account list in our stack, paid at a consultant's rate whether or not we go further.

Step 4

A decision inside a week

An offer with the numbers in writing, or a straight reason why not. Nobody waits in silence.

No role that fits?

The core team will grow around the work: AI implementation engineers, GTM strategists, more RevOps hands. If you have carried a number and built systems around it, send the same two things anyway with the subject "Open application", and say which of the six service lines you would want to own. We keep every serious note and write back when the seat exists.

Here to hire us, not join us?

The same systems the team runs are what we build inside your stack in 60 days. Start with a 30-minute conversation about where your revenue motion leaks.
