Service 01
AI, wired into the revenue engine.
Not a chatbot bolted to the side. We embed AI inside the workflows where revenue is actually decided: lead scoring, pipeline forecasting, outreach, and deal intelligence. Systems that compound while your team sells.

What we implement
01
AI lead scoring
Every lead scored against your real ICP, 0 to 100, the moment it appears. Gut-feel triage retired.
02
Pipeline forecasting
Deal-level signals rolled into forecasts your leadership can defend, updated continuously, not quarterly.
03
Automated outreach
Personalized sequences drafted from enriched context, launched on triggers, and improved by what converts.
04
Deal intelligence
Calls, threads, and CRM history distilled into next actions and risk flags for every open deal.
05
Meeting preparation
Briefs assembled before every call: who, why now, what changed, what to say. Your team walks in loaded.
06
Copilots your team uses
Embedded where work happens: CRM, inbox, docs. Adoption designed in, not hoped for.

How it runs
STEP 01
Audit
We map your funnel, stack, and where hours actually go. The leaks pick the roadmap, not the hype.
STEP 02
Build
The highest-leverage system first, wired into your existing tools. No rip-and-replace.
STEP 03
Adopt
Your team trained inside their own workflow, with SOPs. A system nobody uses is a demo.
STEP 04
Compound
Measure, tune, extend. Each system feeds the next: enrichment feeds scoring feeds routing feeds outreach.
An engagement, week by week
Weeks 1-2
Audit and pick
We read the CRM, the stack and a sample of won and lost deals, then pick the one system with the most leverage, usually scoring or routing. You get a written plan: the fields, the triggers and an owner for each.
Weeks 3-5
Build in your stack
The model and its workflows are built inside your HubSpot or Salesforce, trained on your own history, in a sandbox first. No new platform to buy and nothing that lives in an account you do not own.
Weeks 6-7
Go live with the team
Reps work from the new system while we sit in their pipeline reviews. Thresholds are tuned on real leads, and the operating procedures are written from what actually happened, not from a template.
Week 8
Handover
Your operations owner gets the documentation, the prompts, the workflows and a tuning guide. It runs without us, and the second system starts from a working first one.
Questions buyers ask
How long does an AI implementation take?
A first system is usually live inside 30 days, and a full engagement runs about 60. Results start inside 30 days and mature by 60, because a model needs a few weeks of real leads before its thresholds settle.
Do we need clean CRM data before we start?
No, but it decides where we start. If the data is thin, enrichment and hygiene come first, because a scoring model trained on empty fields learns nothing. The audit in the first two weeks tells you which case you are in.
Which tools and models do you use?
Whatever fits the stack you already run. Most builds sit in HubSpot or Salesforce, pull enrichment from providers such as Clay or ZoomInfo, and call models from OpenAI or Anthropic. The choice follows your stack, not ours.
What happens after the engagement ends?
Your team runs it. Everything is built in accounts you own and documented so an operations person can tune it. We can stay on for the next system, but the first one does not need us to keep running.
Will this replace our SDRs or account executives?
It replaces the research, data entry and list building that eat their week, typically about 10 hours per rep. The judgment, the conversation and the relationship stay with the rep, who now has the time for them.
