Service 03
Make every number trustworthy.
Strategy dies in a dirty CRM. We audit, redesign, and instrument your revenue operations - CRM hygiene, attribution, reporting, forecasting - so your team has clarity and your leadership stops arguing with the dashboard.

34%
Forecast trust score
Every red cell is a forecast lie. This is what week one of a RevOps engagement feels like.
What we fix
01
CRM hygiene
Duplicates merged, fields governed, stages that mean one thing. Enforced by automation, not memos.
02
Attribution
Where pipeline actually comes from, wired end to end - so budget follows evidence, not opinions.
03
Forecasting
Stage discipline plus deal signals, rolled into a number leadership can say out loud with a straight face.
04
Reporting
One set of dashboards, one definition per metric, zero parallel spreadsheets.
05
Routing & SLAs
Leads to the right rep in minutes with response-time SLAs that are measured, not aspirational.
06
Tool rationalization
The stack audit that usually pays for the engagement: what stays, what goes, what talks to what.

How it runs
STEP 01
Audit
Field-by-field, stage-by-stage: where the data lies, where the process leaks, what the dashboards hide.
STEP 02
Redesign
Object model, stages, fields, and definitions rebuilt around how you actually sell.
STEP 03
Instrument
Automation enforces the rules: validation, routing, alerts, and attribution wired in.
STEP 04
Operate
A weekly rhythm of reviews and metric health checks, so hygiene survives contact with quarter-end.
An engagement, week by week
Weeks 1-2
Audit
Objects, fields, stages, routing and reports, read against how deals really move. You get a ranked list of leaks, ordered by their effect on revenue rather than by how untidy they look.
Weeks 3-5
Fix the foundation
Stage definitions with entry and exit criteria, required fields that earn their place, duplicate handling, lifecycle rules and routing. The unglamorous part that every later system depends on.
Weeks 6-7
Reporting and forecast
One pipeline view that sales and finance both accept, a forecast built on stage history and activity rather than rep optimism, and attribution that leadership has agreed on in advance.
Week 8
Handover
A data dictionary, an admin runbook, and the hygiene automations that keep the CRM clean after we leave, so the audit does not need repeating next year.
Questions buyers ask
What does a RevOps audit cover?
The CRM data model, stage definitions, lead routing, lifecycle rules, integrations, reports and the forecast process, checked against a sample of real deals. The output is a ranked list of leaks with the fix for each and its likely effect on revenue.
Do you work in HubSpot or Salesforce?
Both. Most clients run one of the two, and the principles are the same: clear stages, fields that mean one thing, and automation that keeps records current. We build in the platform you already have rather than recommending a migration.
How do you make a forecast trustworthy?
By taking judgment out of the parts that do not need it. Stage probabilities come from your own history, deal age and activity are weighed automatically, and each stage has exit criteria a manager can check. Reps still call their deals, but the number no longer depends on mood.
Do we need a full-time RevOps hire before working with you?
No. Many clients have a sales leader or an operations generalist who owns the CRM part time. We build so that person can run it, and the handover documents tell you what a future full-time hire would own.
How do you keep the CRM clean after the engagement?
Automation, not reminders. Records are enriched when they are created, duplicates are caught on entry, required fields are enforced at the stage where they matter, and stale deals are flagged to their owner. Hygiene that depends on rep discipline does not last.
