For Salesforce Teams
AI that lives inside your Salesforce.
Lead scoring, routing, enrichment, activity capture and forecasting, built in the Salesforce org you already run: as fields, Flows and reports your admin can open and change. No new platform, no second login, and every piece handed over to your team to run.
What we build in Salesforce
01
AI lead scoring as a field
A score field and a reason field on the lead, learned from your own closed opportunities instead of a points table. Reps see why a lead is ranked high on the record itself.
02
Routing with Flow
Assignment by territory, segment or matching account, with a fallback queue and an alert, so a new lead never waits for someone to notice it.
03
Enrichment on create
Record-triggered enrichment the moment a lead or account arrives, with the source of every field kept so a rep can tell a fact from a guess.
04
Lead conversion that keeps the story
When a lead converts, its source, score and first touches carry over to the contact and the opportunity, so attribution survives the handoff.
05
Activity capture and next steps
Call notes summarized onto the opportunity and the next step created as a task, so the record reflects the deal without a rep typing it twice.
06
Opportunity hygiene
Stages with entry criteria written as buyer actions, validation at the right stage and nowhere earlier, and an alert when a close date passes on an open deal.

An engagement, week by week
Weeks 1-2
Read the org
Read-only first: fields in use and abandoned, record types, stage definitions, assignment rules, duplicate rules, and every Flow and who owns it. The gaps we find set the build order.
Weeks 3-5
Build in place
Scoring, routing and enrichment as fields and Flows, with an outside model only where the platform's own tools cannot use the data or rules you need. Nothing is deployed to production untested.
Weeks 6-7
Guardrails
Fault alerts on every Flow, approval steps where a mistake would cost a relationship, and field history so anyone can see what an automation changed and when.
Week 8
Handover
A runbook in plain language, a named owner for every Flow, and an admin on your side who has rebuilt one piece with us before we leave.
What we plan around in Salesforce
Your edition and your admin. What Flow, sandboxes and the platform's AI features can do depends on the edition you run and the licenses you hold. We check in the first week, scope to it, and say up front if something would need more, never after. Declarative before code. Flows and fields your admin can maintain come first; code only where Flow genuinely cannot do the job, and then documented and tested. Change control. Where your org has a sandbox we build there and deploy with your admin; we follow whatever release process you already have rather than inventing one.
Questions buyers ask
Are you a Salesforce partner?
No. zRev AI is an independent consultancy and is not a Salesforce consulting partner. We work inside your org with the access you grant, and everything we build belongs to you.
Which Salesforce edition do we need?
Usually the one you run. What Flow, sandboxes and the built-in AI features can do depends on your edition and licenses. We check in the first week and scope to it, and we say before we start if any piece would need more.
Do you use Salesforce's own AI features?
Where they fit and where you already hold the licenses. A built-in feature is easier for your admin to own. We add an outside model only where the built-in option cannot use the data or rules you need, and we write down why.
Do you write Apex?
Rarely. Flow and fields come first because your admin can maintain them. When something genuinely needs code, it is small, tested, documented, and reviewed with whoever owns your org before it ships.
What if we move to HubSpot later?
The logic is written down apart from the tool: what the score predicts, the routing rules, the stage definitions. Rebuilding in another CRM is then a translation, not a redesign.
