Claude Code (terminal):

Claude.ai (web/desktop): Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste the endpoint URL.
ChatGPT: Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced → Developer mode → add the endpoint as a custom connector.
Anything else: any MCP client that speaks Streamable HTTP works. JSON-RPC 2.0, POST only.
