What Is llms.txt
A plain-markdown file at your site's root that gives AI systems a curated map: what you are, which pages matter, what each covers. Think robots.txt, but for comprehension instead of permission. It is a young convention, not a standard. Google has said it gives the file no special treatment in Search, and no assistant has promised to read it. We publish one because it costs an afternoon and gives any model that does fetch it an accurate account of the company, and our own logs show which crawlers read ours.
