The AI GTM Landscape, 2026.
Every week another AI tool promises to replace a part of the revenue team. We sorted the ones B2B teams actually buy into one map: 168 tools in 15 categories, in the order a deal meets them, from the data that finds the buyer to the renewal. It is selected, not ranked, and nobody paid to be on it.

Three things stood out
Counts are from this map. Deals were announced or completed in the twelve months to October 2026.
The platforms are buying the point tools.
Eight deals in twelve months. Most of the bought products are still sold under their own names, so they stay on the map. The agent you buy next may come bundled with the system you already pay for.
- Salesloft→Clari
- Seismic→Highspot
- Apollo.io→Pocus
- Salesforce→Qualified
- Sitecore→Scrunch
- HubSpot→Warmly
- Zoom→Common Room
- Superhuman→Fathom
Ten AI SDRs, nine tools to keep the CRM clean.
Every agent reads the CRM. When records are duplicated or stale, an agent does the wrong thing faster than a person would.
tools now measure how AI assistants describe a company.
Two years ago few buyers had a name for it. In our study of 274 B2B software sites, one in twelve could not be read by an AI crawler at all.
Buy the map from the right end
The first three make the fourth work. Bought the other way round, an agent spends its first months reading records that should have been cleaned before it arrived.
- 1CRM data qualityAgents read the CRM. If it is wrong, they are wrong faster.
- 2Routing and speed to leadThe cheapest pipeline is the lead you already have, answered in minutes.
- 3Signals and scoringKnow who is in market before you send anything to anyone.
- 4Then the agentsOutbound agents and copilots, on top of data you trust.

How we chose
What gets in
A tool is on the map when it is sold to B2B sales, marketing, RevOps or customer success teams, uses AI in the product people buy it for, and was on sale under that name in October 2026. Each tool sits in the one category it is mostly bought for.
What we checked
Every website was live when we built the map. Brands that have been shut down or folded into another product were left out. Names identify products; the trademarks belong to their owners.
What it is not
Not a ranking. Position inside a box means nothing, nobody paid to appear and nobody was asked. Our free AEO Lens is marked as ours. Missed a tool? Tell us; we update the map twice a year.
Where this fits
Choosing from this map, and making what you already own work first, is most of what AI Implementation and Revenue Operations mean at zRev. The short versions are in how an AI SDR compares with a human one, how to build a sales tech stack by stage and what AEO is, and our free course AEO for B2B, in 60 minutes covers the newest box on the map.
